We offer full refunds or a reschedule of the booking to a later date for all cancellations for reasons outside our customer control such as COVID-19 restriction, illness and dangerous weather condition. Cancellation due to any other reasons, such as change of mind, will require a 48-hour notice. We reserve full right to no refund if the 48 hour notice requirement for cancellation is not met.
There will be no refund if you and/or any attendee are refused entry or removed from the Aqua Park due to inappropriate behaviours.
